1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms govern your use of FixMyResin (the "Service"), operated by Digital product letizia desideri ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@fixmyresin.com.

2. Acceptance

By accessing the Service, purchasing the product, or continuing to use the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The product

FixMyResin is a digital troubleshooting guide for resin makers, delivered as downloadable files after purchase.

4. Payments

Orders are sold directly by Digital product letizia desideri as the seller of record. Card payments are securely processed by our payment processor, Stripe, governed by Stripe's terms. Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is taken at the time of order and access to the digital product is granted immediately upon successful payment.

5. Licence and restrictions

On purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the materials for personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the materials, in whole or in part.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and materials in the Service are owned by Digital product letizia desideri and protected by applicable IP laws.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently;
• infringe intellectual property rights of others;
• upload malware, probe, scrape, or interfere with the Service's security;
• misuse credentials or share access in a way that circumvents the licence.

8. Service level and warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's country of establishment. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
