We want you to be happy with your FixMyResin purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@fixmyresin.com from the address you used at checkout, within 7 days of your purchase.
  2. Include the order email and, if you have it, the order ID from your confirmation message. A short note on the reason is welcome but not required.
  3. We approve eligible requests within 2 business days and process the refund back to your original payment method via Stripe.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to display the refund on your statement.

After the 7-day window

We can't process automatic refunds outside the 7-day window. If you're experiencing a problem with the product, email us anyway — we'll always try to help.
